THE HEALING POWER OF ART
Creativity & Imagination

PAST PROJECTS

THE CAMERON HOME
Old World Antiquity
This Country French home is a favorite of mine. I am fortunate enough to go back and work on this extensive remodeling project every few years. Murals, faux finishing, sculpted walls and fabric installations are some of the decorative arts I have used to create an old world feeling.
From designing the open beams that suspend a crystal chandelier, to my hand crafted ceramic birds and gold leaf plaster walls, I have created a unique entry in to a beautiful and meaningful home for a truly wonderful family.

THE MERMAID ROOM
By the Beautiful Sea
The mythological Mermaid was a favorite role playing game of mine as a child. Growing up in California with beautiful beaches and Catalina Island twenty six miles across the sea turned reality into my fantasydream life. I am inspired by water and reflections of light. The ceramic figures, fish and shells were created by me in my home studio. Natural abalone shells from my yard are mingled over the mosaic composition.

ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM
SERIES #1
Seeing Pink Elephants
Seeing Pink Elephants is a euphemism used to describe drunken hallucinations. This was the first in my narrative series to encourage discussions of emotional health and well being. Alcohol abuse is but a symptom of a deeper unresolved issue.

RAINBOW TROUT AND EGGS
Secrets of the Universe

Art is a place, a thought eternal in space, where emotion lives and speaks. It is the space in between the past, present and future. It is alive and dead. It could be a cat. Or not.

FEATURED WORK
To me, there’s no greater feeling than putting the final touches on an idea I’ve been working on for a long time, and then seeing it magically come to life through animation. Below you’ll find a glimpse of a few of the projects I’ve worked on throughout my career. If you’d like to find out more about my work and what I can do for you, feel free to get in touch with me.

MIDNIGHT TREASURE
This project is one of my favorites and working on it was a wonderfully memorable experience. Having always dreamed of becoming a professional artist, I wanted this piece to portray something that couldn’t be described by words alone. After countless drafts and consultation meetings, I was thrilled with the final outcome, and so was my client.

SHELLY THE 3D AVATAR
With each project I’m involved in, I see to it that it’s undertaken efficiently — from the initial brainstorming session and first rounds of sketches all the way to the final animation. With this piece, I knew the client I was collaborating with wanted something that would leave a lasting impression with the audience, and the end result did just that.
